I have been studying the Western ways all my life. I've spent a lot of time on horseback in the Alberta Foothills just watching the animals, from cows to elk.
I started drawing horses and stuff as a child and never quit. Growing up in the Foothills was like a "Disney Movie".
Now, based west of Sundre, "I find the light is special".
I have been part of Western Showcase for several years in the Artisan area and Western Art Auction. Past showings include Sundre, Bearberry, Okotoks, High River, Millarville, Edmonton, Fort Calgary, Heritage Park and Red Deer Cowboy Christmas Festival.
